The collective goal of Business Teams is to support our lawyers in delivering a best-in-class service to our clients in the most efficient and innovative way, whilst executing the strategy of the firm.
Linklaters is committed to developing talent across our Business Teams, spanning all functions. To add to the wide array of learning and development opportunities at Linklaters, we are proud to launch this new programme that focuses specifically on developing talent at the early career stage.
Business Teams Early Talent Programme
This two-year programme is specially curated for highly motivated individuals who are looking to accelerate their development and career progression. It is the ideal platform to gain invaluable career opportunities and work in an environment with individuals who have market-leading legal insight and expertise.
What will you get from the Programme?
Throughout this programme, you will be given a wide variety of transferable and sought-after business skills, deep industry knowledge and the freedom to achieve and think differently. You’ll be exposed to a wide range of opportunities:
- A better understanding of different areas of functional expertise
- On-the-job learning in Business Team functions such as Human Resources, Finance, Knowledge & Learning and Business Development & Marketing
- Structured training and development
- A mentor, dedicated to providing support and guidance throughout the programme
- Financial support will also be considered for function-related qualifications or certifications as required.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who wish to advance their careers with Linklaters. We are aiming for the first cohort to start in January 2022.
What is the recruitment process?
- Online application; submit your CV – first impressions are important!
- First stage interview; we are starting to build a picture of you as a person, and it’s a great chance for us to meet face to face and understand more about you.
- Second stage interview; you’ll be invited to a second stage interview with members of the Business Team function that you are applying to. In addition, you’ll be asked to complete a case study ahead of the interview.
- Final stage interview; you'll be invited to a final stage interview with a senior member of the Business Team function you are applying to.
