I have been with Widyawan & Partners for three years, and it has been an amazing journey. I joined the business after graduating from university and spending three years with one of the ‘Big Four’ accounting firms as an Internal Auditor.

When I joined Widyawan & Partners, they had just officially associated with Linklaters, so it was interesting to see the integration process. They have a well-deserved reputation in the industry for being a leading global law firm with an innovative mindset, and that’s something that really appealed to me. Their commitment to embracing diversity and working collaboratively perfectly aligned with my own values, and they have more than lived up to my expectations.

My role allows me to provide advice and support that contributes to the overall growth of the business. I feel valued in my work, and I love the combination of my day-to-day challenges with the opportunity to grow both individually and professionally. I have access to training and development courses to help me deliver my best performance, and the firm provides the chance for people to do a secondment in different offices. There’s also scope to join the annual Global Talent Programme which develops leadership capability.

The business culture is exceptional. Despite being an international firm, with people from all walks of life and complex regional and global projects, my colleagues are approachable, dedicated, inspiring and fun to be around!

This is a people-centric firm, that welcomes diversity and individuality at the same time. People with a strong drive for excellence and a team-player mindset will love working here.
