Your Application

At Linklaters, we want to make sure that applying for one of our roles is an enjoyable experience, where selection is mutual, and the process allows us to find out about you. But it's also an opportunity for you to decide whether we’re right for you. So, ask questions, allow time to think and do your research. We love hearing from anyone who is enthusiastic about changing the Legal industry. Not sure you meet all qualifications? Let us decide! Research shows that women and members of other under-represented groups tend to not apply to jobs when they think they may not meet every qualification, when, in fact, they often do! At Linklaters, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and strongly encourage you to apply.

Submit your Application and CV (direct or via agency via the online portal. Please note we do not accept applications that are not submitted through the portal. Queries related to our roles must be directed to the relevant recruitment team ukbtrecruitment@linklaters.com for business team roles and not stakeholders.)

Our Recruitment Advisors will review your CV, and if relevant you will receive a call from us to have an informal chat about the role. The call will be to find out more about you, share more details with you about the role and to determine whether you would like to continue with your application. If you are suitable, upon review by the hiring manager, you will then be invited to interview.

The interview process may vary per role, and you will be told about this in your informal chat. At least one of the interview rounds will be in person, providing you with an invaluable opportunity to meet your team in-person and to visit the office. You will be fully supported by our recruitment team on each step of the process.

After the interview stages all candidates will receive a phone call sharing in-depth feedback on how you performed.
