Real Estate

Our clients can rely on a cross-practice Real Estate team of lawyers specialised in financing, corporate, Real Estate law, construction, letting, permissions, licencing and litigation, as well as Real Estate funds specialists, who work in a fully integrated approach on our downstream and upstream Real Estate matters, including on a cross-border basis.

Across the different practices the team comprises a total of 22 fee earners (Partners and Associates), and is continuously growing in line with increasing demand. Our track record in Luxembourg Real Estate matters clearly reflects the success of our cross-practice and cross-border strategy. The team regularly advises institutional investors on acquisitions and developments in Luxembourg through asset and share deals, institutional building owners and users on lettings, property disposal, and sale and leaseback transactions, as well as international Real Estate funds on the structuring and day-to-day matters.
